Our Focus

While teaching you the flow of the northern style, Thai Yoga Massage, sequence, our focus is on details that are often missed in Thailand:  body mechanics, postural alignment, flow of movements, etc.

The use of body weight, oscillation (rocking motion), directional pressure, core awareness and engagement are all emphasised to bring an experience of ease and flow for both practitioner and receiver.
